Caught in the Act with the MMT All-Sky Camera
A Few Persistant Meteor Trains

The MMT All-Sky camera (1 frame per appx 10 seconds) caught a Leonid (2006) bolide lighting up the sky on 20 Nov 2006 (below) with then a persistant train diffusing and drifting across the sky for more than an hour.  Click HERE to see the all-sky movie of that event.
