Presumptions:
 - Totality run FL200 and air speed 260 kts
 - Constraint: Latest return time (wheels down) to PPT is 13:30 LOCAL TIME (no issue)
 - time from t/o through climb/ascent to cruise = 1/2 hour
   (seems counter to 2000 fpm climb for ATR, more likely 15 min with airport pattern ops)
 - assume ground track of 65 nm in first 1/2 hour of flight to cruise (P.M .to verify)
 - time from t/o cruise through descent to landing = 1/2 hour
   (also more likely 15 min with airport pattern ops, but could be longer with traffic into PPT)
- assume NO WIND

Also:
 - Assume completion of heading alignment maneuver to start of totality run 6 mins before mid-eclipse
    immediately following completion of post tak-off ascent/cruise at T/O + 30 minutes.
 - Assume cremaining onm totality tun until 5 minutes after mid-eclipse
 - Assume totality run to have Sun "straight out" the LEFT side PAX windows

Presumes Direct Return to PPT at end of totality run (return to launch location can seperately be considered)
